Bio

Jamie Latiano Jacobs spent her career as a global executive inside complex organizations, leading through growth, transformation, M&A, culture and organizational change. That experience shaped a conviction that many of the constraints leaders accept — how work gets done, how talent is accessed, how organizations are structured, even what a career is supposed to look like — are choices, not inevitabilities.

She founded Gig Talent before fractional executives and flexible access to senior capability became mainstream. It helps organizations assemble the right leaders, experts and capabilities around the outcomes they need, without being limited to traditional hiring or consulting models.

Her work sits at the intersection of courage, leadership and the future of work: how leaders challenge inherited assumptions and redesign the systems, organizations and careers that come next. She is the author of Designing Exceptional Organizational Cultures and host of The Courageous Choice.

A former President of the National Human Resources Association and a former professor in USC’s Master’s in Human Resources Management program, she is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a Hudson Institute Certified Coach. She speaks internationally and is based in Southern California.
